Help finding baskets

I need bathroom, program, and bubble baskets. the ones at michaels are plain, and i really dont feel like another 'project' of adding the fanciness.

Im looking for a nice basket with ribbon, and maybe a bow, but some of the flower girl baskets are too small.

am i being too picky??

Re: Help finding baskets

I bought my bathroom baskets at Pier One. They were 40% off.

Re: Help finding baskets

Amy -
my MIL is into all that Michael's stuff so she had a lot of plain baskets. I am definitely not crafty and all I did was take some lacy ribbon that I bought at Michael's at wound it around the ribbon handles. I think I have leftover ribbon and you are welcome to it. I also have a lot of ribbon that i used to tie my programs together and a ton of heavy paper that was the cover for my programs. I figured since we're neighbors and all - you could have it!

Re: Help finding baskets

I bought about 8-9 baskets. Some at Micahels when they had 40% off, I simply bought some red roses(silk) and glued two to each side, it took only 2 minutes to do. I have pics on my camera, I'll show you when I get film developed.

I also got some baskets at Pier 1. They have a lot that are pretty nice all on their own..I bought those for the hotel baskets. They were only $3 and $8 a piece...some big some medium.

Pier 1 has a lot of the ones with the cotton lining in them, they are fine on their own for hotel or bathroom baskets. They were about $10 or $12.

Re: Help finding baskets

I started 'collecting' my baskets for the wedding and have had the most luck at Pier One and Marshall's. I just got my program baskets at Marshall's for $5 each and love them - found two identical low baskets for both sides of the church.
