Cruise Control was absolutely amazing to work with - we ordered a trolly and rolls royce. Everyone was on time (even in the snow) and super professional. Tom, the driver I had assigned to me the day of, was an absolute GEM - he made me feel comfortable and special all day long!!!! Unfortunately we had a big snow storm so we weren’t able to get the rolls (all of which was explained to me as a possibility very clearly in advance so there was no surprises), so they worked with my wedding planner to figure out the best alternative. They immediately reimbursed me the price difference too! They were a fantastic company to work with and the drivers were SO AMAZING!!

We were so happy with our experience with this company! We were so lucky to have Mark as our trolley driver as well as a substitute wedding coordinator! Came on time, loaded people’s bags, made sure to escort all the girls on and off, was happy to take photos of us, had it decorated with white ribbons and bows and had coolers loaded with champagne and ice. Margaret Benedetto, thank you for sending Mark, he took exceptional care of our grandmother and escorted her up the church steps. He even reminded the bridesmaids where to hold their bouquets and fanned out my veil as I walked into church. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend!

Cruise Control is 100% the way to go! Throughout the entire process, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. The day of our wedding, it ended up snowing. Sadly, we were unable to get the Rolls Royce because of the weather, but Cruise Control had a stretch limo for us on hand. In addition, we booked the trolley as well, which is more than worth it. Everybody loved the trolley! Our drivers were phenomenal. My gown was massive and had a very long train. I was nervous walking up to the church because of the ice and rain. Both drivers basically propped me up, held my train and almost carried me to the church so that I wouldn't slip and fall. They helped our procession get into formation and directed everyone on what to do, since of course our bridal party had forgotten everything. We love Cruise Control and would use them again in a heart beat. We were so happy with everything they did for us. I cannot say enough great things about this company. HIRE THEM

We used the 45 passenger luxury shuttle from Cruise Control limousines for our wedding guests that were staying at our hotel and they were great! On time, officiant and clean. The shuttle was beautiful and very clean. Our driver was great too!

What types of services do you offer?

We have been serving brides and grooms for 21 years and offer personalized service to fit every budget and any size party. We also offer discounts on the Bachelor/Bachelorette parties and can also help to transport your out of town guests to and from the wedding.

What are some of the specialty cars you have on your lot?

We are very excited about our brand new one-of-kind wedding Trolley that seats 26. We also offer authentic Rolls Royces, stretch limousines in white or black, a Chrysler 300, a beautiful 32 passenger Limo Liner along with a new 18 passenger Escalade.

How many limos are standard to a typical wedding?

It varies from wedding to wedding, depening on how many people you need to transport. I would say an average is 2 vehicles.

What amenities come with each limo?

With the three hour package, you receive champange, stocked bar, soda, ice, water, bridal horns and the chauffeur is in a tuxedo. With two or more vehicles, you also receive the isle runner for the church and receive a complimentary pick up after the reception for the bride and groom.

What should couples expect from you?

Since we have 21 years of experience, you can expect a chauffeur who is seasoned in wedding transportation. Our vehicles are clean, properly licensed and insured and you can expect our vehicle to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled pick up so put the bride to ease.

How much in advance do couples need to book their limos?

At this time, we strongley recommend at least 6 - 8 months prior to the wedding if you are looking for any type of specialty vehicle and if you are interested in just standard limousines, about 4 - 5 months before.

Tell us also about packages you offer for newlyweds that need to get to their airport.

If you do not use the complimentary pick up after the reception, you can use it for your departure for your honeymoon.

How has wedding transportation and what couples look for and expect changed over the years?

Over the past 2 - 3 years there have been many changes as far as licensing for limousine services. Every legitimate company must be licensed with the Department of Consumer Affairs and also have Town Permits from the town the company is registered in. If these permits/licenses are not displayed on the vehicles or in the office, do not use them. They are running the business illegally. All SUVs and buses must be registered with the Dept. of Transportation and have their DOT numbers on the vehicles. Since Cruise Control Limousines is family owned and operated, we go out of our way to make sure your wedding goes smoothly and stress free and have been referred to friends and family members for 21 years.
