When anyone makes a recommendation to someone else for anything, they need to be careful. If it doesn't pan out, the referral source may have to take a hit on the chin as well, and trust is lost. I honestly don't know where to start! I had such a great experience start of finish! I had been watching the GOG videos for information for a long time and was coveting the August vintage from afar. I had an engagement setting that I loved but really wanted a special diamond. They were amazing at instilling confidence and trust that they would take care of me and make it beautiful. When reviewing diamonds they go into a level of detail beyond just "the four C's". The ASET, Hearts and Arrows, and darkfield illumination photography were simply not available from any other jeweler I talked to. This combined with their extremely detailed Sarin/Diamcalc reports helped me make a well educated decision about the diamond I was buying. I normally do not write reviews for companies but the service I received was purely outstanding. My girlfriend who is now my happily new fiance thanks to GOG! For many years she has always dreamt of having a GOG diamond. At first since i'm from Canada, I was pretty hesitant shopping online because I am not an online shopper.
