We strive to make the best-tasting, easiest-to-open oyster on the East Coast. We feel strongly about the oyster's role in sustainability and water quality. We think the results show in the oysters we farm.  


2. Do you have a company motto/philosophy and if so what is it?  

Quality and Taste!


3. If you met a bride or groom to be and had literally one minute to tell them why they should use your company what would you say?

Dealing with us is a breeze. We talk through what you want and make sure we deliver that. Our priority is getting you the freshest oysters and clams presented in a beautiful way to your guests. You don't have to worry when you deal with us. We're a self-contained operation - just show us where to set up!


4. What sets you apart from other Off-Premises Catering vendors?

As relative newlyweds ourselves, we know how important the day is and we want it to be special for the couple. We take pride in our product and we want to make every effort to exceed expectations.


5. How do you help a couple achieve their dream wedding?

Communication is key. We will discuss set-up, location, what will be provided, and how it's provided. There will be no surprises with us. We want everything to go as smoothly as possible. And we want you and your guests to love our oysters!
