Co-Op For Sale In Great Neck

I've seen a few posts for people looking for Co-Op's so I thought I would get the word out that ours is for sale.

It's a large one bedroom, aka Junior Four. It is located on a lovely block off Middle Neck Road just before the LIRR (DH walks to LIRR). It is newly renovated and in move in condition. There is also a garage parking spot with the Co-op.
