I would definietly make that saying and baskets by myself. Just wait for the stuff on sale at the pharmacy.

You can get a lot of the stuff like lotion, hand wipes and mouthwash at the dollar store. Dollar Tree in Levittown has a good selection.

I dont think it is a plaque, it looks like regular card stock.
