Thank you to everyone who has taken extra time out of their busy lives to celebrate with us. Your attendance and participation means so much.

We have reserved a block of rooms at Courtyard Marriot in Ronkonkoma (Please see the Vendors page for details.). I shopped and shopped for the best rates and the most being offered. Each room is $119/night and includes a buffet breakfast. Also, the hotel will offer shuttle service from the hotel to the reception and if anyone is flying into Islip MacArthur Airport, the hotel will provide shuttle service to and from the airport also.

*If you are planning on coming in before Friday June 11 or staying past June 13, please email Annie and let me know that you book the rooms. These dates are not included in the contract but I am able to make sure they give you the $119/night rate. *

If you are planning on making your visit a little longer, there are many things to see and do on Long Island and a printed travel guide will be waiting for you at check-in time at the Courtyard.

The hotel is right on the Long Island Expressway, right in the middle of Long Island and the Long Island Railroad is around the corner, so if your destination is New York City or the East End Wineries, you won't have too far to travel. (Let me know if you go so I can tag along too!! lol)

3/23/05: If you plan on flying into Long Island, I would suggest trying to land at Islip MacArthur Airport. It is our local airport and Courtyard Marriot will pick you up from the airport if you call ahead before departing.

If that is not an option, then flying into LaGuardia or Kennedy Airport is another option, but then you will have to either rent a car or get a driver to pick you up and bring you back to the airport. Either airport is approximately the same distance to our houses but you will get to see more parts of Queens and Nassau Counties then you will need to :wink wink:
