Lip injections before the wedding

Hey, I am planning to get married to my boyfriend very soon. We have started the preparations and a few days ago we were talking about the beauty stuff. One of my best friends told me that it would be better if I got lip injections because my lips are naturally very small. She was right. I analyzed my lips in front of a mirror. My lips lacked volume. My upper lips are literally non-existent. My fiance also teases me for that.
I have heard that lip injections are effective in increasing the volume of lips. What is the downtime of this procedure? How long will the effects last? Will I be able to wear lipstick within one month after the procedure? Please give some genuine replies and suggestions. Thanks in advance.

I think it's totally fine to do that as long as you do it 1 month in advance. There may be some swelling and bruising and you want to avoid that on your wedding day

You are right here I also had a lip injection and it took a little over a month for theme to be normal
