My wedding was absolutely amazing. from the beginning the level of customer service was bar none. in my year and a half of preparation I felt 100% sure that my wedding was going to exceed my expectations and it did. My wedding did not go perfectly but it was perfect thanks to the Jericho Terrace. They are magicians at putting out fires that I didn't even know about until after the wedding was over! Their team was incredible! The food was amazing. People left so stuffed and commented that it was incredible food and that they never get to eat great food like this at weddings. My cocktail hour was filled with such amazing food that it was like no other party I had ever been to. The menu was altered to my liking and I was never told that something couldn't be done. The venue itself is gorgeous and the pictures were incredible! Their outside and interior decor provided for some wonderful moments that I will always cherish. My maitre d and also banquet manager, Jose, was so incredible. He is one of the reasons that my wedding was so great. From the first day that he showed me around, he was there step by step giving me direction and opinions when we weren't sure, answering questions daily sometimes and paying so close attention to the type of affair we wanted to have. We owe him so much for everything he did to make our day so special. The Jericho Terrace sets the bar very high for weddings with the exceptional level of service they provide from the day you sign to the day of your affair.

I read a lot of reviews when searching for a place and was not impressed, it wasn't until I remembered a few friends who had unique weddings at Jericho Terrace. My first impression was a WOW! We were shown three beautiful rooms which all had the skylight, which was just finished renovating right before our wedding! I could have my summer outdoors wedding without having to worry about the mosquitoes, burning sun, or soggy grass !! After we booked the place, we kept hearing from everyone how GREAT the food is at Jericho Terrace. It all comes down to the food, this was not just our own opinion, this is the opinion of others! Then we went back to plan the design of the wedding style. What an accommodating staff! I love Anthony, my manager who answered all my questions day and night and Jose my matre d, who put every detail together!!! Just like on TV, when they make these magical weddings happen, They made the ice carving, utilizing my designs, and really did it up, the fruit carving, the CAKE, the gorgeous cake, they took my props and party favors and all the elements and created this beautiful, magical wedding! On the wedding day, everything was sparkling and glowing, i couldn't believe how they put everything together and made my vision a reality! My Bridal attendants were more than that. My friend's attendants at another location were NOT even near the level of service at Jericho Terrace, they did everything for me and all the people close to me ! Then to top it off, that Viennese Hour is OUT of this world! What a show! What a nice way to break up the party and we had all the old and young people from both sides of the family come together and mingle - everyone loved it! It was like walking through a wonderland! My guests kept talking about the Cocktail Hour and the Viennese Hour, what an awesome treat! Jericho Terrace really worked so hard and put together this beautiful, elaborate wedding for me to always remember. Now, people can't stop talking about it!

Omg where do we start.There is no better place in NY ( or probably the world) to host a wedding than Jericho Terrace. They are truly "the best of the best." We were honored to use Jericho terrace for our wedding venue on 7/27/13. Woww!, From the moment we met him, Rob put us at ease and assured us this was the place for us. We booked the new terrace skylight room based on his word and description of how the remodel was going to come out. I don't think any of us truly were prepared for the breathtaking end result. That room is ridiculous. From the kinetic lighting to the ceiling effect (that you have to see to believe) every inch of the room is magnificent and the service just sets them way above any other place around. Our BartendersSteve Jill, Ray, Dan, Mike, Mark were unbelievable. Those people were born to bartend and Jericho Terrace has real gems working for them. Our bridals Carl and Andrea were by our side for every moment making sure everything was perfect and that it was. And Jose, our matrie'd wow. He is just an amazing person. He made sure we saw every detail and I could see that he really cared for us and really wanted our dream to become a reality. The cocktail hour at JT is something that is so outrageous you have to see it to believe. There must have been 100 or more different stations not even taking into account the different items at each station. Everyone came up to us and said "is this for real?" It was that amazing. We had nine choices for dinner, 9. I've been to many wedding and I've never even seen 5- we had 9 incredible entrees. We had at least 50 people say that our filet mignon was the best piece of meat they have EVER Eaten. That's saying something. Our cake was insane. I had a photo of something I had in mind and they just completely blew it out of the water! And then there was the Viennese tables. Everyone said they didn't think they would ever stop. We were beyond happy with Rob, Jose and the entire JT. Book this place ASAP!

I can't say enough good thing about Jericho Terrace. My husband and I booked with Anthony and he was great. Our maitre' d Donna catered to our every need. Our day went off flawless! The food was great, everyone complimented the service and they created our room exactly how I pictured it. I would get married there all over again!!!!

I love Jericho Terrace! They went above and beyond and I am thrilled to pick them as my wedding venue. The cocktail hour was beautiful and my reception room was gorgeous. The food was spectacular and I wish I could do it all over again. Whatever I wanted and needed, they did it. I wanted a picture in the upstairs room and they made sure I got that done and they even opened up the upstairs balcony so we can take pictures. I am forever grateful for all that they have done for us.
