My wife and I used the Four Points to host our out of town wedding guests. We dealt with Kimberly throughout the process and she was very helpful every step of the way. They provided us with a reasonable group rate, but the real benefit was the free shuttle service that was included. We also used their late bar after the wedding and conference room for breakfast the next morning. We did spend quite a bit of money throughout the whole process, but our guests were happy and everyone enjoyed their experience throughout the weekend.

We booked this hotel a year in advance for our daughter’s wedding. 30 rooms and no snafus. We were very impressed. The staff was helpful, patient and courteous. The rooms were comfortable, though perhaps in need of a little facelift. It was convenient having a restaurant on premises, and although the food was very good, the space is quite tight. It didn’t present a problem as we all ate breakfast at different times; it’s just something to keep in mind.

Stayed here for the night before our wedding and the night of... Kim and all of the staff were incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Decorated our room with flowers and champagne as a congratulations - highly recommend staying here.

We recently stayed at this hotel for a wedding on Aug. 5, 2017. Rooms were clean and roomy, service was excellent. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of food to choose from plus they made omelets or eggs to your liking. Staff at breakfast was on top of things, always ready with more coffee. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I had specific dealings with the catering manager. He was very helpful and pleasant. Shuttle service was available for our needs. Completely wonderful experience.

Kim who is the group sales person was nothing short of amazing. She kept me up to date with who booked rooms and who did not. She assisted with cancellations and additional rooms for the block. The hotel was so nice in putting champagne in our suite for the night of our wedding and when finding out my grandmother passed away right before the wedding they were nice enough to give a edible arrangement. I would recommend the hotel to anyone and it is centrally located to get many places on the island.
