My daughter and son-in-law booked a room block at Four Points for out-of-town guests to stay after their wedding. We began our stay the night before the wedding and didn't leave until 3 days later. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable and the staff was incredible...above and beyond accommodating. On the morning of the wedding, we had a room for hair and makeup w/breakfast and coffee that was a PERFECT start to the day. We hosted brunch the morning after which was beautifully set up, extensive and delicious. We also hosted a New Year's Eve party the day after the wedding and again...the staff was incredible; they helped us get the room ready, the assortment of food was delicious, the bartender was terrific. The entire experience was simply fantastic!!! If you are looking for a place to host out-of-town guests...THIS is your place!!

I cannot say enough great things about this hotel, the staff, and the way myself and all of the guests were treated. First of all, Kimberly was efficient and kind. Always allowing and accommodating last minute changes, and additions of rooms to our block. She was in constant communication with me during the planning of the wedding and helped my mother make arrangements for the buffet breakfast the following morning and the use of the shuttle information. My guests were all very happy with the way they were accommodated, many coming from out of town. I really enjoyed staying the bridal suite and they brought everything we asked (at one point we needed high chairs for the makeup person). They called to let us know when our vendors arrived and were kind to us. The night of my wedding, my new husband and I came back to rose petals on the bed, chocolates and champagne to congratulate us. Very classy touch in my opinion. The only one thing is that my husband and I remember being told that we were being given a free night in the suite and they did not accommodate that for us, but I was so happy with the service I didn't even care to mention it to them.

We stayed here one night to attend a local wedding. Everything was great from check in to check out. Stephanie at the front desk was especially helpful when we had a problem with the shuttle to the wedding. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious

I blocked out Four Points for the night of my wedding. Kim was amazing to deal with. She made the entire process very easy & she was a pleasure to deal with. Any time I needed any information regarding my guests booking rooms she sent it to me with no problem and helped me throughout the entire process. The staff was very accommodating when I dropped off hotel bags for my guests as well as booking a breakfast the next morning. Even though the bar was closing when we all pulled up, they still made sure to accommodate us and let us all hang out as late as we wanted.

My husband and I had a room block with four points for our guests to stay after our wedding. The staff was great, special thanks to Kimberly Millin for all her help! The Suite was Soo nice and even decorated with roses! The shuttle to and from the venue was very accommodated and the late bar was a great choice for the after party. Good beer choices on tap. I would highly recommend staying at the four points Sheraton and makes a great place to book for events such as weddings.
