Came here for a baby shower the place was amazing and so beautiful. I’m looking into a party here. Best of all Gio’s from East Islip catered as well and it was amazing. Great job again Gio’s

Today I had my daughters baby shower here. The hall is absolutely beautiful, the food was delicious and the staff was over the top. I have never dealt with such an accommodating group of people. Thank you for making our day so special.

1. Tell us about Carleton Hall of East Islip and the inspiration behind the company:
We are a brand new facility with capabilities of doing parties from 50 to 150 people. We have premium cuisine and impeccable service led by some of the most experienced people in Long Island Hospitality.

2. Do you have a company motto/philosophy and if so what is it?
“Strictly for you”

3. If you met a bride or groom to be and had literally one minute to tell them why they should use your company what would you say?
The personal service you will receive at Carleton Hall will leave you to a stress free affair from the beginning process right up to the end of the affair. We will be with you every step of the way through immediate communication through email, phone calls and text messages. there are no such things as our team having a day off or not available to reply to questions or details.

4. What sets you apart from other Reception Locations/Catering Halls?
We have a newly renovated facility with a convenient location with food and service that supersede the expectations of anyone who has their affair with us.

5. How do you help a couple achieve their dream wedding?
The experience we give them from the first initial contact through their entire process will make it the most memorable and enjoyable time of their lives.
