I met with Corey to design my wedding cake and had the most beautiful cake for our wedding day! The details were amazing! The guests are still commenting on how delicious the cake was. More than a few said they usually don't enjoy cakes at weddings but our cake was delicious! Everyone wanted to know what the fillings were because they had never had the wild berry with chantily cream before. The quality and deliciousness of this cake blew all other wedding cakes out of the water! I would definitely recommend La Bonne Boulangerie to anyone needing the perfect cake designed!

Dortoni opened its doors in 1976, in Levittown, NY, where the bakery still operates today. The bakery was fashioned after the traditional pastry shops of Naples, Italy with biscotti and simple cookies. Soon after opening, the bakery began to expand its repertoire to include European tortes, American layer cakes, specialty & custom cakes, cupcakes, and cookies for every occasion.

Today, Dortoni has built upon its foundation of tradition and excellence, growing into one of the tri-state area's most sought-after creators of custom wedding and specialty cakes.
