1.5 I recently went to Bridal Suite for a bridesmaid dress.... my first meeting was wonderful! The sales team was very helpful, friendly, I even thought, "Wow, this would be worth a drive out of the way when I come to look for my own dress." Unfortunately...it was downhill after this. When I went to pick up my dress it was two sizes larger then what I had ordered, and no one had called to check with me before changing the order. Had this happened the problems would have been handled better from there... mistakes happen however, when I went back (which they did agree that they changed bc of measurements) I said I know sizes can differ but I never would have ordered two sizes up...just one. When I got the print out of my measurements they were also ENTIRELY WRONG. Granted there were about 12 girls in the wedding party, but this is there professional job to provide service. I had to make the drive to the store and was told they could order me the dress that week and I'd have to come back for a third time.. (amazing how suddenly a dress can be shipped in one week notice when they "have" to be ordered months in advance) Well I went back..the dress was better but still too large and the stitching in the back was coming out so I mentioned not being happy and was told 'everyone needs alterations and you can have the seamstress will fix it'. Because I do not live nearby I did not intend to have them do my alterations and when paying over $200 for a dress it should arrive perfectly. I left and called back the next day to speak with the manager explaining I still was not happy... she said I could come in and have the alterations handled without a charge. I also noticed my dress appears to have been an "intended sample" there was an 'S' written on the tag (remember it was a "emergency order" because they ordered the wrong size). When I asked why my tag had writing I was told the manufacturer does that and they "dont touch the dresses until they hand them to us".

Have nothing but nice things to say about this place. My dress was amazing, they were always on time, my alterations were perfect and they were always friendly. Thank you so much for everything! Maria even picked my dress for me!

I got my dress at Bridal Suite of Bayshore and it was perfect. The seamstress did a wonderful job with my dress, despite making me cry during my first fitting. The service was ok.

The Bridal Suite was much prettier and cleaner than other shops I went to. When asked, they agreed to beat the price of my dress from a competitor. They were accomodating when I could only pick up the dress when they were completely booked. My only issue is that my dress was not measured correctly. My dress was one piece of lace to it had to be measured hull to hem. WHen she measured me she said I was the perfect height for the dress (5'7'') and nothing needed to be changed. When I got the dress it was more than three inches too long. Because of the lace appliques and scalloping on the bottom of the dress, the bottom of the dress has to be cut up and patched back togther. It was my blessing that my aunt is an amazing seamstress. When the work was done, you couldn't even tell any work was done. She was amazing!!!
