I wanted to love this place, as my cousin and friends have all gotten there dress there and just raved about it.. but I am a very simple girl, and asked for a dress without bling and no beading... the woman kept bringing me in bling dresses, and kept saying this is your day to sparkle.... I also asked for a sleeves option.. she never picked one of those either..

I had a great experience at Bridal Reflectons. I bought my Tomasina gown really far in advance at a show and when I came in to try it on. I freaked out. My taste changed and I hated the high halter neck on me. Alexis told me not to worry and she patiently showed me other things. I wound up in the end walking down the aisle with the original dress but Zizi ,the seamstress, made it strapless. I loved it!! I also got my headpiece there. I got my bridesmaids somewhere else for convenience for the girls, but I did find the flowergirls at the Masapequa salon shop.

It was pouring rain in New York City on the day I went shopping for my wedding gown. I was living in San Francisco at the time and I only had one day to shop for my gown with my family (based in NY). So needless to say, time was limited! We spent the entire day shopping at other bridal boutiques. I wanted to try on a specific Ramona Keveza chiffon gown and no one had it. It was disheartening b/c the gown was perfect for our destination wedding in Zihuatanejo, Mexico. I began to lose faith and thought I would have to settle for a 2nd or 3rd choice gown instead. My sister made one final attempt to locate the Ramona gown and put a call into Bridal Reflections on 5th Ave. I could tell from the conversation that BR didn’t have the Ramona gown either…but they didn’t let that get in the way! They called back about an hour later and told me to come to the boutique because they found it! Their team tracked the dress down at a bridal trunk show and had it brought back to the store for me to try on. It was amazing customer service and they hadn’t even met me yet! My family and I raced over to the boutique and we were welcomed with friendly faces and a lovely bridal consultant. She was wonderful. The gown was perfect and we were all jumping up and down and smiling ear to ear because BR really came through. They even helped me pick out my amazing flower accessory. It was impeccable service and I highly recommend BR to any bride looking for consultants that really listen to you…and care!

Bridal Reflections in Massapequa was the first and only place I looked for my dress! I did my research and knew they carried the designers that I wanted to try, and ended up buying the third dress I ever put on! The sales associate was not pushy and really listened to what I wanted in the way of style and look of the dress. I ended up buying the Maggie Sottero Phillipa with the corset back in ivory. I LOVED my dress and working with the ladies at Bridal Reflections. We were all so pleased with my experience, that my mother, her twin sister, my bridesmaids and flower girls all got their dresses from them too! We all felt very comfortable with the seamstresses and they tailored each dress to each individual. I had no problems with alterations and my dress came in in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Bridal Reflections to any bride or bridal party!
