So Upset with Our Wedding Video!!

Okay, I can really say I regret booking duet for our video! the pics are great but the video is horrible! The transitions are sloppy and camera shook once or twice and OMG they forgot to put my husbands and his mothers dance in it!!!!! Im so mad!! I emailed them saying I want the complete unedited version for free and want them to re-edit the video and include their dance. ughhhhhhhhh!!!

That is so annoying! I hope they fix it to your liking. It sucks paying all that money to a vendor and you don't get the quality of work you want.

My videographer didn't get me walking down the aisle. And doesn't have it in the raw footage. So yea...you can guess how I feel about mine.

They spent so much time zooming in to get DH reaction (which I am glad I have) but didn't get me until I got right to the end of the aisle. I was so pissed about that. And it was a loooooong isle too!

It wasn't a big company that a lot of people use. They were amazing with my photos though!

yea i was annoyed w my video guy
we watched our unedited version, and there was a family song which was important to my mom, aunt and grandmother- it represented my grandfather who passed away.
The family was on the dance floor dancing etc-
can someone tell me where my video guy was???
it was missing from the unedited version

I booked the place Calamigos Ranch coz its is visually stunning and they have guaranteed quality. I haven't booked for the Video as I am still in the process of choosing. Yes, the place is in california as my parent and most of my relatives are there.

This is a really old thread, but if you visit any videographer, they should all show you examples of their work. If you want to save some time (and gas!) google them to see if they have any samples online.
