So I just made a "protein pancake" for dinner...it was YUMMY!!

Here is how!

1 cup Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder
1/4 cup egg whites
1 splenda packet
1 packet unflavored Gelatin

Combine it all , mix it together and put it n a small frying pan (sprayed with PAM) and there ya go!

Depending on the protein powder you use your nutrition facts will vary. With my powder the nutrition was:

30 grams protein
4 carbohydrates
0 fat

SOOO YUMMY!
