Snack Ideas
I gained 28 pounds this pregnancy. Im hoping to lose it all in a month. Does anyone have any good ideas for healthy, easy snacks to have on hand. I already do carrots with low fat dip, fruit, nuts....Ive been following a boring mediteranean diet because of slight elevation in my blood sugar. I need ideas lol

I love to snack...but I also like to think I'm eating some "bad for you" foods. These are some I found that arent too high in calories and fat (they're either 1 or 2 points on WW)
Hundred calorie snack packs
SmartFood popcorn (kinda like cracker jacks)
All bran crackers
special k crackers
reduced fat potato chips
add a little flavor to your veggies w/ hummus
fiber one bars
kashi lean bars

Grapes are a good snack, also apples and natural peanut butter... YUM! Yogurt with Kashi Go Lean Crunch cereal (lower fat content than granola and is awesome in yogurt!). If your looking for a salty snack how about baked Tostitos and salsa. Just watch your portions!

Obviously fruit...
I also like to have like a small bag of Honey Nut Cheerios on hand (2 WW points).
And I so agree with previous post about Baked Tostitos and Salsa - fav! But there is a tendancy to go overboard with that so scoop out a portion of salsa in a bowl and a portion of chips and out the rest away. If there is a full bag and a full jar in front of me I will clean them both within 5 minutes haha
