Hey Claire! Beautiful pictures, and a great review! I'm surprised about all of the things that went wrong with JT. I know you had some problems with Anna, but I figured everything would be fine for the day of the wedding. But I'm glad you didn't let it ruin your day! 
I LOVE your flowers! They were absolutely gorgeous!! I too was suprised by some of my flowers on the day of the wedding (the ceremony ones, and I used Flower Michele too), but I really did love them anyways. And it gave me something to talk about with my dad down the aisle so that I wasn't too emotional

Here's some:
I have a closer up one where you can see the weird airbrushing thing they did a little better, but that one isn't online, I just have it hard copy. I'm not really sure where the airbrush design came from. It's not on the picture of the cake that JT has in their brochure, so we have no idea where it came from.
Like I said, in the grand scheme of things it's no big deal, but it just reeks of incompetence.
ETS: Everyone thought the airbrush design looked like worms or mold on the bows...Eeeeew!
