The first one, but I would make the slot from the top, ont from the bottom - if that's even an option.

i only see one pic, but the pic i see with the plain white with pearls on top---i got one almost exactly like that for $15 at michaels (i had a %50 coupon). cheaper for me to buy than make, and you could alway ad personal touches to it ~lacey
