Would you like this as a wedding favor? UPDATE W/ EBAY!!

It's a cookie.. it comes wrapped in clear cellophane with a bow..

I think it's cute.. but would it come across as cheap? or different?

ETA: I am doing frames as placecard holders, so they would get those too.

ETA: Part two.. Guess what? I found a woman who sells them on ebay, you get 14 cookies for $15.99 plus $5.40 shipping..

I ordered some, and will let you know the outcome..

But i have to say.. gotta love ebay...lol

I really like them, but they are not cheap..
Unwrapped $4.25 each
Wrapped $5.25 each..

at 100 guests... that's $500+ for some cookies...

When I did the math.. I was like.. DAMN!!!! lol

I guess I'll keep looking..

I also found these, they are little boxes with your choice of truffles, and the box comes with the printing and design of your choice for $3.00 each

I wouldn't like it. JMO. I like the idea of edible favors though... just not crazy about this one. I don't think it comes across as cheap either.

honestly, if you have the time and the patience, you could make those cookies pretty easily and for a heck of a lot cheaper.

I like them a lot.

I agree with DLWDLG, they are great for favors, but you could make them and it would be much cheaper. Or you could go to some local bakeries and see how much they could do them for and just wrap them yourself!!

I was thinking about making them myself..lol
I'm a pretty good baker and the cookie mix would be the simple part. I could always inlist my MOH (she's the artist in the family..lol)

But I like the idea of going to a local bakery..just might do that..

At my cousins engagement party last month she had cookie favors similar to that, but the doubled as her center piece. I can't remeber the name of the company, but I have to say they were the best cookies FH & I ever ate!
