Re: Please help me compile a SBD shopping list!!

I know! It is an overwhelming list, isn't it?!! My husband and I are doing the SBD, we are on Day 8. He has lost 5 lbs. and I have lost 4 1/2 lbs. WE have cheated, too, it is hard to not have drinks on the weekend!

You HAVE to go to Henry's, it is the best. The fruits and veggies are sooo much cheaper than at Vons, Ralph's, etc...

I am not sure where you are in UTC, but there are 2 Henry's that are close..we usually go to either one of these:

One is right in the UTC area, it is on Governor and I think Regents. The other is in Clariemont, on Genesse and close to Balboa. Where in UTC are you? We are in Sorrento Mesa...between Sorrento Vally and Mira Mesa. That would be fun to get together...how are you guys liking San Diego?

Claud - I'm not sure where you live but I'm pretty sure there is a Whole Foods in the shopping center by Benihana and Bed, Bath and Beyond on Northern Blvd and Searingtown road (across from Miracle Mile)
