Inexpensive idea for STD's
Hello ladies, I just sent out my STD postcards this past weekend and I thought I'd share what I did. It was inexpensive and really easy. I ordered jumbo postcards from PaperDirect. They had all sorts of styles to choose from. I got a box of 100 jumbo postcards for $24.99. I just used our home printer to print them out and used regular stamps to mail them. The postcards come two to a page. They even sell the computer 'template' for those of you who claim to be 'non-crafty'. I didn't get the template, I just put my info. into a Word document and measured it up to make sure it layed right on the postcards. I printed 'Save the Date, C & D are getting married, December 13, 2003' in large print on the front and on the back I included a paragraph about the wedding location, our website we put together for wedding details, and mentioned that formal invitations will follow at a later date. I just used clear shipping labels for the addresses and sent them out.
Again, it was really easy and took me about one hour to complete them (printed, stamped and labeled). FM me if you want any other info.
