Hotel Bags - items and poem???

Hi girls!

What are you putting in the bags for the people staying in your hotel?

Did you put in an itinerary?

Did you put in a poem? If so, can you please send it??!!

Hotel Bags,

Water bottles with personalized labels
Snacks- granola bars, chips and chocolate
Itinerary
Subway Map and LIRR schedule
Personalized note to the guest(s)
*If we decide to host a brunch the next day and invitation to the brunch.

I have a couple of guests with children they are getting coloring books and crayons also.

We didn't do a poem....but

We made a welcome letter with day of timeline for the bus and after party on top of the wedding times

We made one bag per room and out in:

2 bags of Pirate's Booty (one of each flavor)
2 bottles of water
2 packs of cracker snacks
1 thing of mints
1 thing of nuts

here is what were in my bags:

2 bottles of water
bag of chips
chocolate kisses
fruit snacks
granola bars
asst candies (those big variety bags from costco)

We put in:
2 bottles of water
2 bags of chips
2 boxes of pretzels
a bag of hershey kisses
travel size advil
travel size tums
do not disturb sign (DYI)
welcome brochure

Each OOT box contained:

* 2 bottles of water
* 4 bags of either chips, popcorn, mini-oreos, ritz-bits, cheez doodles, cheez-its, etc (I purchased a couple of those variety packs from BJs)
* 1 Chocolate (either Hershey bar, Reeses PB cups, Kit-Kat, etc)
* 2 mini Welch's Fruit Snacks
* 2 Nutri-Grain breakfast bars
* 1 container of Tic-Tacs
* 1 packet of Tylenol
* 1 packet of Alka-Seltzer

I thnk that's it. I created a timeline which I pasted to the front of the gable boxes. I loved how they came out! Here are some pics.

I am in love with this...amazing job! What size were the boxes? I am trying to find some online while there are Christmas sales going on LOL
