Feather Centerpieces
How much do feathered centerpieces usually go for? What are your opinions on them?

we actually thought about doing this - you can rent those vases and the feathers you can buy in bulk on ebay - when we origionally added it up it was comming to about 30 eachdecided not to go with it and went with pumpkins for our halloween theme but i thought they were awesome

Re: Feather Centerpieces
no they were regular posters, they don't come on much anymore, but they might check their FM - you could probably search under tarakinspa, I think she explained how she made them once. I know they were thinking of going into business, so if you are able to get in touch with them, they might be able to help you!

Re: Feather Centerpieces
I am making feather centerpieces for my wedding. We bought very tall vases at Ikea and wrapped them in tulle. Then we bought ostrich feathers in bulk. They get arranged in foam, which goes in the top of the vase. We're also putting instalytes (battery powered mini-lights) in the vase to make them glow. It's pretty easy, although it's not all that cheap. Ostrich feathers, it turns out, go for around $4 each at minimum (for the long, full ones). But they look fantastic!Welcome New Vendors
