Help with Pumpkin Picking place

Alright all of my co-workers think I'm insane so I need some help. Does anyone know what pumpkin picking place on LI also sells homemade donuts? We went to a place last year that made little donuts on site and they were amazing. I'm going pumpkin picking this weekend and I'd like to go back to this place. Problem is I can't remember the name of it.

If anyone knows which place I'm talking about please let me know. Thanks!!

Re: Help with Pumpkin Picking place

Hi, just this past weekend FH and I went to Colonial Farms at Exit 50South, a few miles off the LIE. They had homemade donuts there and candy apples and other stuff. We actually did not try the donuts as we had just stopped at the Jericho Cider Mill & had apple turnovers & hot cider....perhaps this is the place you were talking about?

Re: Help with Pumpkin Picking place

That sounds like the place. Do you know how to get there or if they have a website?

You are the best. I have been craving these donuts since I went last year.

Re: Help with Pumpkin Picking place

It was a smaller place off the beaten path. You could park in their lot or across the street. They had wagons to take into the pumpkin fields & a tractor ride and pony rides for the kids and a corn maze.

You take the LIE to Exit 50S and then go South for about 3-4 miles (following the orange pumpkin signs)--can't miss it.

It is called Colonial Farms, not sure if they have a website. Have fun!!!!!!!!
