Re: Tuna Steak Recipes??

I don't eat fish but my husband makes this.
He marinates it in italian dressing for about 15 minutes. He cuts up some plum tomatoes and red onion. Take tuna out of marinade. Put it in a tinfoil boat (each tuna steak must be done individually).Add tomato and red onion & italian dressing and cover. Put on bbq for 6 minutes on one side and flip over and cook another 5 minutes.

Re: Tuna Steak Recipes??

I like to make jerk tuna steaks. I have a bottle of McCormick's Jerk seasoning and I just sprinkle the steaks with it and cook it on the stove or on the grill. It is so easy and I love it!
