I second Pier 1. And a few times a year they have 30% off all candles and holders. Target has some really cheap ones, and Illuminations has some great smelling, long lasting ones as well.

I agree with Erica..I bet you can get cheaper ones at Marshalls, or TJ Max, but not sure if they have a strong scent.
I do like Pier 1 candles
