Coop in Oceaside for Sale

If anyone is interested, we are selling our coop in Oceanside Cove. It is a one bedroom plus a loft with a circular staircase leading to the loft, one and a half bathrooms, central air, balcony with view of lake, gated community, 24 hour security, close to LIRR and all shopping and beach. 3 pools, tennis courts, clubhouse and gym.
