Cactus Salon in Plainview

Please help me...

I don't live out in LI...but my reception will be out in Jericho. Cactus Salon is very close to where my hotel is and since my wedding is early on a Sunday, will be very easy to get to...and for an extra fee will open their doors that day as early as I need.

I have 7 girls, myself and my mother who will all need our hair and makeup done.

I have not gone for my trial yet..but will soon.

I would just like to hear from any of you girls that have been there. Who is good for hair? I know there is one makeup girl there who owns her own counter...how good is she?

Please help me if you can...this hair and makeup has me soooooooooooo stressed

I had a hair trial w/a I think Melissa? very good but I found her prices to be high to come to my home

I used NANCY for make up and loved her! my pics are up if you search
and the owner LISA did the mothers and bridesmaids
I was very happy w/ the make-up but I did not use them for hair

One of my best friend's weddings was july 19...we went to catus in Syosset. They were really good! The bride got her hair done by Maria. I can't remember the names of the other girls who did the bridal party...I think my girl's name was Michelle?? They were really good...I also got my makeup done there was was very pleased. I had Vanessa and one of her assistants come to the hotel where I was staying. But she doesn't work there anymore, but she does still do come to your hotel to do your hair. Let me know if you want her info...
