I did. No problems. Everything arrived in a timely manner with no issues. I ordered 6 makeup bags.

I heard yes but it is an outlet - so they may not carry what you are looking for.

Outlets have good stuff, but make sure you look everything over for slight defects.

I was there a couple of weeks ago and items there were only a little cheaper than the store or website and like Niecey said they do not carry everything that is out.
