Re: What will be (or was) your LAST SONG of the night at your reception?

Good question, I never thought about it! I guess it would depend on whether we picked a slow one or one everyone could dance to.
I'll be interested to see other ideas!

FH is in charge of this:

I think he is thinking of Before I let you go by Frankie Beverly and Maze-

Music is going to be a big debate with us- He won't let me hear Dancing Queen by ABBA

Re: What will be (or was) your LAST SONG of the night at your reception?

Our last song was 'Good Riddance'- green day

The DJ had everyone get in a circle with us in the middle. Our guests were all hugging us and each other. It was so moving and I felt very loved.I was crying because I did not want the night to end. I love watching that part on our video and I cry everytime I watch it.

I am a huge Dirty Dancing (the movie) fan. I am going to use 'I've had the time of my life'. I would love to learn the dance that goes along with it. We'll see!

I had To Where You Are by Josh Groban and deticated it to my parents(both in Heaven ) and also to all the troops fighting the war. It was a very special song for me.

Re: What will be (or was) your LAST SONG of the night at your reception?

Our band played New York, New York. It was really cute. Then everyone started chanting let's go Mets, do dispell any belief we were Yankee fans. It was pretty funny. And we started a kickline.

Re: What will be (or was) your LAST SONG of the night at your reception?

Our last song was supposed to be 'Good Riddance' by Green Day but after the DJ played it...the people still dancing kept asking for more...so my DJ played a few more songs after it. I think the actual last song was 'Sweet Caroline'...which I love!!!
