Here,stove topped stuffing, broccoli and italian marinated grilled chicken cutlets on the Forman grill.

I made a new recipe I saw on the shopping network a few weeks ago. It was shell noodles cooked with bread crumbs and prosuitto. It wasn't as good as it looked on tv.

Oh, speaking of trying new recipes, I saw pasta shells stuffed with seafood salad in a cookbook, and thought it sounded like a great warm weather lunch.
Well, I tried to make it, and it was a disaster!!
My shells ripped and I had seafood salad all over the place.

I guess some things are better left untried.

or some things are better left to the chef at the restaurants, and us left to be pampered And taken to those restaurants !

Try the 30 minute recipes on Food TV. Her stuff is quick and always pretty easy. Tonight she is making stuffed porkchops that look yummy.
How about making turkey cutlets and stuffing- add some carrots and peas to the stuffing for added nutrition, and make a nice salad.
Also the library is a great place for free cook books to try out. i photocopy my favoriates without buying the whole book.

chicken cutlets toped with cheese and ham covered.. placed in a pan with tomato sauce(with added garlic).. and spagetti..
