I have been craving bacon since that geroge foreman thread yesterday...(PMS not PG) but we don't have any...

instead I think its going to be brocoli and cheese rice with chicken

hmmm. I didn't defrost any meat, but Penne ala Vdoka sounds good - only I cheat and use the jarred Victoria Sauce

I took out chicken tenders yesterday and ordered pizza, so I guess I must make them today

I'll probably throw them on the George and make a big salad with it.

We're having pork chops and applesauce.



Also, Brown rice, string beans and potato bread from the bread maker. Yum.

Chippa, yes, PLEASE!! post vodka recipe if it comes out good. I've tried a million times, and my vodka sauce never comes out right.

Pizza tonight since AI is on and I don't want to worry about dinner and the dishes and cleaning up. But Monday I made a great Pepper Steak w/Brown Rice and steamed broc. It is super easy to make and tastes YUMMY.

I found a recipe on allrecipes.com

it takes about an hour to make the sauce and it doesnt need a lot of stuff. vodka, heavy cream, chunky tomatos, and butter. I'll post the recipe if it comes out good.

FI bought the good stuff, absolute...yummm...

cant wait to start making the vodka sauce and drinking a few screwdrivers while i do that

Erica - I have a great penne ala vodka recipe with out meat!!!! It si yummy!!!!!

But I will be eating subway tonight since I have to go to the gym and then at 9:00 my FH has to go for an MRI, so no time to cook!!!

Chippa - the recipe I have, is so much healthier, you use evaporated milk nad olice oil to saute the shallots and the garlic, and it is deliciuos!

The one I have is very simple, butter, heavy cream, vodka, tomato's.

I hope it comes out ok. I never made vodka sauce before
