honeymoon question

so after reading all these posts about the honeymoon it made me want to start looking into places and start booking my own honeymoon! Im not gettin married till 10/2011 how early do you start planning it? is now too early?

I think you can book the hotel as early as you want but the flight schedules are only 8 months in advance. My cousin and his Fiance just got engaged and are getting married in April 2011 and they have already booked their honeymoon hotel.

I think some places let you book this far in advance (you can get really good deals).

For us, we are going to Couples Swept Away in Jamaica and I know they have early bird specials for 2011 already but you won't be able to book the flight and I would like to book both at the same time.
