We got our bridesmaids dresses there for $60 less than they were at Bridal Reflections, and the customer service we received there was nowhere near reflections. I am now looking at invitations and I'm hesitant to get them there b/c ive seen some bad reviews, im just wondering if anyone has had any other personal experiences, let me know how today goes!

Don t do it!!!! My BFF's sister used them. Her pictures and video are horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And not to mention the owner is such a d!ck! He actually asks people if they want to 'borrow' his grandchildren to be flower girl and ring bearer. WTH pimps out there grandchildren?!

i wanted to make an appt to go in on a sunday to order the BM dresses and they wanted a 25$ deposit to HOLD THE APPT!!! Who does that?!?!?!? so i found what i wanted at Paradise for only a few $$ more! but at least they dont chrge me to walk through the door!!!!

I met the owner at a Bridal Expo this week. He was really rude and pretty much just slammed every other bridal store on LI, which pissed me off very much since I happen to have used other bridal stores. Then he told me that I got ripped off on my wedding dress and that a lot of stores sell knock-off gowns. I'm sorry, but if you have to talk smack about other businesses to make yourself try to look good then you probably **** yourself. And yes, he said the same thing about renting his grandchildren as ring boys and flower-girls and he also said if I don't make my minimum at the RH that I can rent his staff to fill up seats. So tacky!!! No offense to others who use them, but I'm not trusting the most important (and expensive) day of my life to someone like that.

ive had to get bridesmaids dresses there and actually found my wedding gown there. but DIDNT order from them. prices are good, but thats it. every single time ive gone in there girls are either crying or yelling about something that went wrong. ive heard disaster after disaster. the service is beyond terrible. when i considered getting my dress from there, they were beyond rude, insinuating that 'at your age, you better order your dress and get married as soon as possible because you may end up getting pregnant and then your dress wont even fit! then what are you going to do??' i was speechless. btw, i was 28 for this conversation that took place last year. needless to say, i found another place that i love and they are beating the price wedding center gave anyway!! i have also heard good recommendations, but imo, i really wouldnt chance it...

I bought a BM dress there and thought their prices were great and Ashley I think her name was, was very helpful. I plan on getting my BM dresses there. However, my best friend used them for everything else and had a lot of problems. The biggest problems being with their photographer and videographer. The videographer never showed up to the ceremony and they sent one, but the ceremony was already over. Also, the bridal album had to be done over because my friends husbands name was spelled wrong on the cover. I would definitly be cautious of their photo/video dept.

I'm glad I read this post. They were one of the first places to send me flyers after attending a bridal show. I felt funny about going to a one-stop shop, it's like putting all your eggs in one basket. But I was going to keep them in mind for any last minute stuff. Nevermind that!

I didn't buy my dress from them, but it was the first placed I looked and the lady was so nice and helpful and I tried on a lot of dresses

holy crap!! I have like, 4 flyers from them in the mail! I am glad I read this thread, I wont be going out there anytime soon!

i had no probs with the BM dresses, but am stopping it with that... no more orders for anything else lol

I've heard a lot of horror stories about that place, but my friend Ellie works there and she is SO SWEET that I can't imagine her being mean to anyone. Yeah, I've heard the owner is a d*ck, but if you decide you want to go there and ask for Ellie you'll be fine.

i went there for a bm dress for a friends wedding. while we were there we sat down with the owner who talked our ear off. we didnt end up going with his 'deals' but we did go back there to get my moh dress-they had maternity bm dresses. so it worked out.

I think I will go there to see how their prices work, etc...but Im NOT going to order from them. I'll rather be spared to headache especially if they mess up Im going to turn into 'CRAZY TIFFANY!!' LOL

No seriously I dont plan on giving them a dime of my money....

I thinks it's ok.

If u want to get a dress or bm dress there fine. They have good prices. I won't get alterations there though.

Everything else there I wouldn't get there. Maybe invites but not flowers, video, and picture.
