I've been meaning to do this for a while with my quotes, but I keep forgetting cause all the info once we booked wound up at FH's house!

ETA so I'm at FH's house and he wants to watch Star Trek so I guess I'll do this now!

We got all of these quotes late August, 2009.

All prices are for a Sat night (non-holiday weekend) in Sept before taxes(unless I specified otherwise). We were trying to keep our party to appx 125-140 people Keep in mind that this is peak season, and Sat night is the most expensive time of the week.

115pp (includes Viennese) with guarantee of 150

Waterview Club (In Bayview)
$110-130 pp depending on your personalized menu (they didn't have a set menu, they said tell us what you want and we'll make it. So a concrete price was hard to come by) I don't remember their gurantee but I think it was pretty low...they do one party at a time.
Guarantee: 100

Swan Club
Garden room
Sat day: $75 pp, eve: $98 pp
Platinum menu upgrade, $20 pp
Viennese included for Sat eve. with Platinum upgrade
Gurarantee 100

The Woodlands
Sat eve: 160pp, 175 guarantee
Fri eve: 130 pp, 125 gurantee
Viennese extra at $15 but said they were flexible on that depending on what we wanted to include

$140pp + $12pp for Viennese with extra hour, $10 if we didn't extend an hour for Viennese

Then I have info at home for various places I didn't go to because I had my date choses and their guarantees for Sat nights were outrageous.

The following do 1 party at a time but had crazy guarantees for Sat night(for me, anyway):

Inn at New Hyde Park: 225 (neg to 215 maybe)
North Ritz Club: 200
Floral Terrace: 200


I've heard the Royalton is crazy nice, but they were booked on our date so we didn't get to go..

Marina del Rey in Throggs neck is $105 for a Sunday and
$135 for a Saturday. The Surf Club New Rochelle was about the same. The Fountainhead in New Rochelle is 90 for a Sunday and 105 for a Saturday.
Those were the three I was really considering but chose marina del rey. It was beautiful and seemed like the most for our money.

Here is my quote. My guarantee is also 250 so I think that might have some effect on the price.
