NWQOTD 11/19

So I definitely woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning...every little thing is bothering me (which I hate!) My question for you ladies is, what do you do for yourself when you are in a crummy mood to snap out of it? Do you take a nap? Get a manicure? Yell and Scream? Cry? (any of these options sound awesome!!) Share your secrets and have a happy Thursday!

I enjoy retail therapy when I am not in the best of moods. lately its buying things for the house now when I am feeling pissy. I also enjoy watching TV by myself with some fattening goodness.

it might sound weird to some people, but one of my favorite things to do is have lunch by myself during the work week! If I have the time, I love eating out at this little Greek restaurant near my office and finish a few chapters in whatever book I'm reading. It's just 'my time' to totally decompress. Manicures or pedicures are great as well, who doesn't like a little pampering? If I'm home and feeling crabby I will occasionally take a big bubble bath

Depends on my mood (I mean I know BAD but there are different bads)

Sometimes I like retail therapy but try to stay away from I will try things on and then feel ugly which doesn't help!

Sometimes I just like to go for a long walk in the city - just seeing all these people doing so many things can just make me happy - having little interactions with people in stores, or smiling at the corner is nice. . plus just walking in general makes me happy

I make DH rub my head... although if he's the one I'm annoyed at that doesn't always work.

Usually watching one of my favorite shows on DVR helps, or going for a walk.

Depending on the severity of the mood and the cause I either:

Blast music until I feel better
Take a bath
Cuddle with DH
Go shopping
or have some red wine or a martini!

sometimes if its real bad I go for a run

I ususally cry first, call a friend and vent, and cry again to them, then something like shopping always helps me feel better!!

When I am in a bad mood I like to be left alone. So I will usually go into the bedroom and watch my shows on my DVR and snuggle with my doggie. Throw in some yummy goodies and then my mood slowly gets better.

depends on the mood. Every now and then I need a good cry, but sometimes shopping helps too. Then there are those days where pajama's and snuggling are in order.

I stink at this!! I get moody and can stay in a funk for awhile. It usually happens at work or because of something work related haha. I just try and think different/positive thoughts!

when i am n a bad mood i usaly will just go for a wal wth my ipod to clear my head.....or just put the pillow over my head and scream lmao

Ice Cream usually helps. Retail therapy is even better (when I am working).

The worst moods I just have to ride them out.
