We are having a cheesecake martini bar instead of a viennese or a chocolate fountain, that's pretty different as far as dessert spreads go.

My theme is very Venetian and has that dark, mysterious vibe (or so I hope) going on, so I'm using Venetian Masks in my decor, which isn't very different, but unusual for a Christmas-time wedding.

My church programs were modeled after the cover art to Twilight

So nothing toooooooooo crazy...but I like to think it's uniquely me.

We are very relaxed couple so the ring boys wore black & white converse the entire wedding, even for the church. DH & the BM changed into converse for the reception. DH & I made our own customized converse online at their website. The back of mine said Mrs. B, and DH's said Groom 09.
We also did a donation to the ASPCA & if you know us that is something very close to our hearts. We love animals. We attached the donation card to a small tulle bag filled with M&M's we had ordered in our wedding colors, with our wedding date on some, and our initials on others.
We had a unique cake topper. DH has loved superman since he was a little boy so MIL found a superman, lois lane cake topper that was handmade. It was gorgeous.
I hand painted our table numbers. We had little silver buddha's as our place card holders.
It wasn't anything super different, just small details that made our wedding feel unique to us.

eta: our entrance song was from kill bill 'battle without honor or humanity'

we had a photobooth,a disney theme reeses peices on every table and kinda just had a party wedding

we really wanted it to be just fun so t was kinda wild

there was a dildo..stolen champagne..pornographic photobooth pics and one hell of a spin the bottle game on the party bus

We had a Cony Island Station outside by the valet so guests could eat more while they were waiting for their car. We also had lounge furniture with monogrammed pillows... lots of stuff.
