*~WeeklyWeigh-In Wednesday~*
How did you ladies do this past week? What are your goals for this coming week.I will be weighing in next week, but I do feel that I have lost a little weight. I've been good with staying within my points on WW so for the coming week I plan to keep up with my good eating habits and to definitely try and hit the gym more.

i did okay.. not great!i feel bloated :(

Im not on WW, but just started going to the gym again after a month off and back to using my bodybugg so I will update next week.

I'll be sure to update on Friday - just wanted to say that I fit into a pair of jeans i haven't been able to wear in MONTHS! And they looked darn good!

I want to join ww but dont have the $ right now. I also want to join a gym but am in the process of a lawsuit from a car accident and have back problems so im scared to make it worse. any suggustions to losing weight w out straining ur bacck?

Yoga is really good to tone your body which ultimately makes you look thinner plus is strengthens your core which might help with your back.

I'm down 2 lbs! little but still good! I think it's since I've started at the hopsital I actually eat more frequently on breaks but in small amounts and it must be keeping my metabolism going since i've done NO exercise! I hope to start exercising next week when i'm not working 8-8.

Ok So I gained a 1/2 pound this week. But I knew it was coming. 2 Birthday parties and a crazy schedule - I'm just glad it's not more! I guess Thanksgiving week is a lost cause as well, so I'm hoping by the 1st Friday in Dec. I will be back on track!Welcome New Vendors
