NWQOTD 11/18

Good morning Sunshines!! Happy Hump Day! In honor of Hump Day, I suppose a question along those lines would be fitting (although this will be much more G rated ...that way people will answer!) Think back to your first kiss (or first time with FH) was it everything you hoped it would be? Were there fireworks or did sparks fizzle?

Thinking about our first kiss it was SO awkawrd. We were great friends and then we tried to take it to a romantic place and it just stunk! We actually both laughed and said 'Can we try this again..' hahahaha

As for the first time, I was STUNNED when FH initiated it pretty early in our relationship! I never saw him being that forward and was like 'Woah!.welll..sure!' lol

Have a great day!! Maybe cook in an outfit or something!

Well we had been friends for some time and we had been on a couple of dates where we just hugged but then after maybe the 3rd date he went in for a kiss and it was not the fairy tale type kiss..it was just me trying to switch from friend to more than friend...it was awkward and we did in a train station so that didnt help...the next time we kissed it was much better and I was over any 'friend' hangup.

As feminist as I am, there's some things I'm really traditional on, and initiating first kiss is definitely one of them. It took DH forever to kiss me. My friends and I were actually placing bets on how long it would be, and it was driving me nuts. When he finally did, though, at first I had a lot of anxiety because of all the anticipation in waiting. But it ended up being amazing, and I told him about how it took forever for it to happen and he laughed and said he wanted to be polite about it.

I initiated our first kiss, in the Lindenhurst Applebees parking lot!!! We were very young, and DH hadn't had many relationships so he was a sloppy kisser, but we worked on it!

As for the first time, it went very well considering DHs lack of experience. Except for the fact that he didn't ask if I had any STDs, and we didn't use protection! (I didn't have any, for the record!)

Our first kiss was not really a first kiss! i had a party at my house and i was actually dating someone else. This was the begining of me and DH becoming best friends (he apparently always had a a crush on me) but anywho me and my ex got into a fight and we were both really drunk so DH and I took a walk to talk about what happend and why i was upset with my ex (me and the ex were on our way out for a while at this point) anyways all of sudden my DH came at me and kissed me! i was so in shock and was like 'what are you doing' and pushed him away and then proceeded to continue talking about why i was upset! lol

our Second actaul first kiss was alot better! cuz i wanted it at that point! he was driving me home from a night out and went in to kiss him on the cheek and say good night and as i turned around to get out of his car, and he pulled me back around and gave me a real kiss!! it was great!

We were friends for a while first, but on our first 'official' date we went to the midnight showing of Talladega Nights and he kissed me goodnight... but we were in the car, so he had to like stretch over the seat to do it. That part was awkward, but the kiss was good!

Honestly, dont remember... we were in the movie theater on our 1st date... but I think I was the one who initiated... That was almost 9 years ago... my memory is shot

Our first kiss was funny. On our first date DH wanted to kiss me but opted for a hug instead and felt sort of deflated by it (as he told me later). So on our second date, I told him as he was dropping me off at my car, 'So, this is awkward. I am going to kiss you now.' DH says I rammed my tongue down his throat. I did not. But there were lots of weak knees and butterflies.

Our first time was a VERY funny story that DH would not appreciate me sharing with anyone, but suffice it to say that it was very 'us.'

Our first kiss happened during the 2nd 1/2 of our 1st date. Our 1st date we went to a NY Islanders game - had a great time & the game (but no kissing) - we then proceeded to head over to the Library in Farmingdale where we had something light to eat & then just started making out across the table - & I dont really remember who 'initiated' the 1st kiss, but it WAS GOOOOOOOOOOOOD, OH LORD WAS IT GOOD! Needless to say we were making quite a spectacle of ourselves
- & I was in a world of my own & enjoying every single kiss thereafter!

our first kiss was something from a movie ha we were at a friends halloween party and we ended up in the garage, and i was sitting on the washing machine and it was just magical.

our first time together, hmmmm it was a lot of fun, but it was definitley akward, and we both had some serious rug burn

we were sitting on a slide on a random playground in the middle of the city - but it was like 9 at night so now kids were scandalized!

Lets see... we had a few moments we almost kissed first semester Junior year. Then I went to Germany for an interim trip, kissed another guy and ended up dating him.

So then the @$$h0le and I broke up. Then all our friends went to spring break in VT at my grandfather's ski house for the BEST WEEK EVER!!! DH went home instead because his parents insisted. I called multiple times telling him to get his butt up there. We were all one big group of friends (we were friends first). Finally he came up.

So the first kiss...

We played Trivial Pursuit. DRUNK! DH and I were a team and lost TERRIBLY. About half way through round 2 we got mad and quit. We both went upstairs in the house and about 10 minutes later we were making out. I can't say it was sparks... because we were drunk.

The next time we kissed though was back at school and I could say that time there were sparks.


Our first kiss when we got back together was MAGICAL!!! It was at my parents house when he came to visit because he 'happened to be' on Long Island. (More like he found a reason to be on Long Island after we saw each other the weekend before and he felt there was a chance.)

Our first kiss was in his car when he was dropping me off after our first date. DH is so shy and after sitting there talking forever I thought to myself, if I don't do this, we're gonna be here forever. So I leaned over and kissed him. He still doesn't like to admit I kissed him first.

Our first kiss was so romantic and movie like. We had been on about 9 dates and we hadn't done anything. At the end of all the dates, I would hug him and say Thank you. lolololol
I remember coming home and talking to my friends after each date and they would say 'omg you haven't kissed him yet....WHAT's WRONG with YOU?!?!' hahaha

So then one day we went out and we were at the end of the night and he was dropping me off at home and in front of my house he said

'So oo oo Do you want to be my girlfriend?'

My <3 melted and I said Yes.

And then we It was so cute. I love that memory.

we had known each other for a few months but we were both dating other people. i was DYING to kiss him every time i saw him even though i had a bf lol. it was worth the wait bc our first kiss was everything i ever imagined it would be. I later realized that DH was putting on a show, though bc he doesn't kiss like that anymore!!!
