Re: Day-Of Vendor Contact Sheet
I would also have all of the bridal parties info handy just in case. And we had our Rabbi's cell number as well. We gave the list to the RH and DH had it saved on his cell phone along with printed versions. We also had extra copies of the seating chart and also copy saved to his phone. Thank goodness we did somehow we had 2 tables of #1 not a table #1 and #11. Caused some confusion but DH fixed it right away.

Ahhh, good call on the BP. Just added that. And I'm definitely going to have the copy of the must-play list and the seating chart too. Thanks!

Ali I have a form that I will send you. You can probably delete some of the info on it but otherwise it's very thorough.

Re: Day-Of Vendor Contact Sheet
I recommend bringing a copy of any ceremony readings for your day-of file too...our first reader didn't bring hers and we were scrambling to Google it on someone's iPhone 2 minutes before the ceremony started...if you have to deal with a hotel, you might want to add them to the list of contact numbers as well!

NO! Step away from the file
All you need is your list of phone numbers. You will confirm everything with your vendors the week of...You have been planning this day for a long time enjoy it!!!

I totally agree!! I made copies of all of the contracts and my mom had in her car but we didn't end up needing them. or any phone numbers but it's still a good idea to have them. And yes make sure you wake up that morning and don't plan or think or stress over anything!!

the only number i used that day was the RH, bc we had one addition.i wouldnt go too crazy with lists of numbers, must play lists, etc...
you will not even notice what songs they are playing that day, trust me. (and when i say trust me, trust me...i didn't even remember what song they played when we walked out!)

I actually have a story behind the must-play list LOL.
2 years ago when my sister got married, number one, first and foremost on her DO NOT PLAY list was absolutely under no circumstances, NO BARRY WHITE. For whatever reason, she haaaaaaaaaaaaates him.
So naturally, the first song that was played after their first dance?
My First, My Last, My Everything.
Something had possessed her to bring a copy of her DJ list with her, and she whipped it out and ran up to them screaming like a banshee and shaking it in their face, yelling that they clearly just 'pressed play' from the previous wedding and paid no mind to her requests or instructions, and made them cut it off mid-song. They were shizzing bricks after that and were TERRIFIED of her, they wouldn't even let me request Journey or let my dad play his sax!
So that's why it stuck out in my head about the must play list lol.
PS: She's walking in to My First, My Last, My Everything. And no, she doesn't know.
