My Wedding at the Waterview Club Bayville LI

Simply put I have to thank the Waterview Club in Bayville for throwing us the wedding of our dreams! The owner Paul was our contact from the get go! He was involved through the entire planning process and had such great vendors that made our lives so much easier. He is truly concerned that 'your day' is the exact day you've always dreamed of!

We wanted to get married by the water with a stunning view during our ceremony. The Waterview Club had the exact setting we had hoped for. The Waterview Club is gorgeous so once we had our flowers and linens etc. it was breath taking! Our ceremony overlooked the LI sound where if you time it just right you can watch the sunset as you get married. It couldn't have been more perfect!

After the ceremony our guests were escorted to cocktail hour where they dined on such a wide selection of passed hors devours and custom designed hot/cold food stations. Paul is a true food connoisseur so everything tasted exquisite! There is a beautiful white piano in the center of the room so we had hired a great pianist to play for our cocktail hour! There are also beautiful French doors that lead onto a deck where the guests could go outside, but still be part of the party inside! The flow of the room is perfect...it kept everyone together but they were able to be inside or outside at the same time.

When the reception started the Maitre d Jimmy was so hands on and made sure everything flowed timely and without any mishaps. Upstairs the bride gets two rooms all to herself and the bridal attendant made sure everything was where it was supposed to be as we moved around....and trust me we were not easy to keep up with

The ball room where the reception is held is really stunning! Paul, along with Jimmy, made sure the lighting was perfect and all staff members were attentive to everyones needs. There are two bars on either side of the room so everyone was taken care of without ever being incovienced. Paul and my husband had met a few times to design a unique mouthwatering menu for our guests and the food couldn't have been better! I know a lot of brides don't get to eat a lot at their weddings, but I had to, the food was to good to pass up

The room is situated so that the dance floor is oversized (which was so important to us). We danced the night away and so did our guests! We really have to thank Paul and Jimmy for making our wedding so unforgettable and providing such a beautiful venue to have it in!

For all the brides out there that are looking for a venue with a beachy feel, true elegance and professionalism .... I highly recommend The WaterView Club in Bayville LI. Paul (the owner) made us feel as special as we could have hoped on the most important day of our lives!
