girls changing name in queens, very quick and easy for me!

girls changing name in queens, very quick and easy for me!

I got to the SS office (Jamacia) at 7:40am there was no on there at all. not one person. I parked in front of the builing on Jamacia Ave i put 3 quarters in the meter thinking i was going to be there forever and I was out in a flash. Highly recc. going there 7:30am not 1 person was there , just me! Then I drove over to college point DMV for my license which was a very quick ride on the Van Wyck got there at 8:20 the line was around the building, i was so nervous but it was only bc it does not open until 8:30, the doors opened i was the 1st one in line for name change got my pic taken (which i had no idea was going to happen and i look a hot mess , oh well) my number was called immed after that and i was out at 8:55. I was at work in lower manhattan by 10 am

Thanks for the info but I'm a little confused -- why did you have to go to college point?

I went to the same offices and was in & out quick.
SS - got there 7am - left 15 minutes later
DMV - same as you.
I really thought it was going to take the entire day.

why didnt u just go to the dmv thats in the same building as the ss office on jamaica ave?

I thought that DMV was moved to 168 street?
