American Bridal

Has anyone bought anything from American Bridal??? FH found groomsmen gifts on their but we weren't sure about the quality.

I am SO ANNOYED with this company!!

I bought a bunch of things from them for my bridesmaid gifts, got them a cosmetic case embroidered with their initial (when it was on sale), a personalized compact mirror and two jewelry boxes for my flower girls. I ordered seven of each thing for the bridesmaid... and I received the compacts and the jewelry boxes which were nice, but the make-up cases never came! The other stuff was delivered 10/2 and still no make-up cases. So I emailed customer service, got no response... called their customer service number on Monday, waited on hold forever and then their computers were down, called back 10 minutes later as told to, AGAIN computers still down, and then left my number and never got a call back!! So I am really annoyed, have no idea where my stuff is... so I don't think I would order something from them again after this. I do like the stuff I got so far but I'm really glad I ordered it so far in advance. I wouldn't risk it if my wedding was soon.

I did. I bought tote bags months ago when they were having their $5 sale. I was VERY pleased with the quality

I bought tote bags off their site before, we got them quickly, and they are very good quality. I had run into an issue with something I had ordered was sold out, but customer service called me to tell me, and to work with me to find something else.

When they were having their $5 sale I got tote bgs with matching makeup cases (they came as a set). I was very happy with the quality!
