I'm not cooking tonight. I have a very late event meeting that STARTS at 5:30pm! Ugh!
So my BIL is coming over and hanging with DH.... I have no idea what they are making though


But last night I made French dip sandwiches and acorn squash. It was delish!

Dh is staying in CT another night, so I am eating whatever mom and dad are serving at their house.

I'm making steamed pork dumplings. The meat part isn't hard to make, but putting them together gives me cramps in my hands.

we have these frozen chinese food meals! they are really good, i get home from work at 4:30, then off to my part time job at 6:00 so its quick and easy tonight!!!

but there is a good chance tho i will get home and DH is cooking something very delish! he does that from time to time!

saturday i made maple-mustard pork loin with roasted potatoes! Even my Chef DH was impressed! i told him i wanna start being called chef jessica from now on...but he said i had a long way to go to get that title! lol

leftovers from what I made last night. I made garlic bread and baked penne with sausage and it was GOOD!!! MIL and DH really enjoyed it

I am mixing together chicken, broccoli, campbells broc/cheese soup and some bread crumbs and baking it. The recipe is on the campbells can and it will be the first time I am making it. It looks yummy!

Last night I made BBQ Beef Short Ribs and rice...so yummy!!

We are eating 'Dr. Joe chicken' ( a recipe from our nutritionist) with brown rice and broccoli!

well we are doing our bridal bootcamp cleanse week so only 1 cup brown rice & 1 cup green beans (boy do I miss meat!)

I am out of town for work but went out to dinner with some friends and had a salad and chicken achiote tacos. . yummmmm but was good and did not have a margarita. . that will have to come later in the week!!

I've been in regional meetings for 2 days (AND a group dinner last night) and I've eaten like a heffer!!
