Good Morning Ladies,

Since money is usually a big issue when it comes to weddings

If you weren't saving for your wedding what would you be doing with this money? Also, would you be saving as much if it weren't for the wedding?

If FH and I weren't saving for the wedding we would probably be saving for a house or co-op. Other than that we would probably be going on vacation (something we can't really do now until our honeymoon....except short weekend road trips). In addition...I would probably buy some more work clothes!! I feel so guilty spending money so I haven't purchased any new clothes for work (or casual clothes either).

Well we WERE saving for our wedding, but now that money is going towards our house. Which is why we haven't booked anything yet. We need to get into a house before that.
We probably wouldn't be saving as much if it wasn't for the wedding or house. Now we save every extra cent! lol and I've been working more then ever.

I would be putting more money into paying off some credit cards and saving for a house.

hmm well we are actually saving for a lot of things simultaneously, luckily my parents are helping us out a lot and paying for half the wedding (but we still gotta pay for the other half)and we already have money set aside for a house, we are saving though for stuff to put innn that house, FH has some furniture in his apartment but well be getting a house before we get married and I have nothing, also saving for a car for me because my parents currently pay for mine and everything else you need on a daily basis ....haha I think you can see why we set our date in 2011, you girls probably have similar reasons.

I would be saving for a house but using most of it to travel the world!! There are so many places I want to see...but I love my FH enough to put that on hold

I honestly don't know what I'd save for...I bought a house a month ago so I can't save for that...

Most likely a nice vacation or cruise. Something to get away from it all and still have a lot of fun.

And I would try my best to save what I could, but when you live near woodbury commons, it can be REALLY hard!!!

I do not think we would be saving as much as we are now.

We would be using that money to go out more often and have longer vacations.

I'd say we would also be saving for a house, but sadly that wouldn't be completely true...probably be paying back or $000,000 in Med school loans ugh! thank god my parents are really helping us out pay for the wedding!

Right now we are saving for the wedding and a house which has meant many blockbuster nights but in the end it will all be worth it. If not I think we would have taken a long European cruise

We were going to start saving for a month long vacation to Italy and decided to wait on the Italy trip until after the wedding. So that is what the wedding money would have been going to.
