I hear all the time that people don't even have a moment to have a drink -- I guess I'll find out Saturday!

im pretty confident in saying, were both going to be drunken messes that night... along with 90% of our guests... should be interesting

i def could not get drunk or even hold a glass for more than 5 seconds without talking, dancing etc. but looking at the video and my embarrsing dance moves i am claiming drunkness , that is my story and that what i am sticking with

As much as I hate to admit it, I was drunk at my reception. I ate my whole dinner too. Our day was really long so I think that may have contributed to it. To make a long story short...our reception was 6 hours long and after our cake cutting, with 30 minutes or so left, I realized that I was pretty tipsy and I went to our suite. I laid down on the bed and never got back up. I missed our after party and everything.

The thing is, I never had a drink! No, I'm not crazy. I just didn't refuse the 3 shots that were given to me. I think one of them was a double. I'm extreamly happy that I didn't make a fool of myself but I did have to appologize to my inlaws the next day. Specifically because my new husband was sad that I missed some of our party.

Don't do shots!

Nope... every time I put my glass down on the table the waiters picked it up! They were TOO good!

I think it total I had maybe 2 drinks the whole night.

Not at all...I had two sips of beer and a sip of champagne and the rest of the night I was downing water because I was dancing so much!!!! LOL DH didn't get drunk either...he had a few beers but thankfully he was not drunk! LOL

i had a lot to drink on our wedding day I will admit...we started in the hotel room but I never felt tipsy that day because of all of the emotions and the high of being the bride and getting married but the next day i did feel it

I def had a few drinks and one shot..but didnt get drunk at all... I dont even think I was buzzed lol!!

DH on the other hand was getting drunk by the time our reception was over

Between the cocktail hour and reception I had 3 glasses of champagne........so no I wasn't drunk, maybe I had a little buzz. Didn't really notice though.

I drank maybe a total of 3 beers and 2 mixed drinks. Every time I'd get a drink I'd take two sips and then be off to the dance floor or to eat and not get to finish it. I was high on life though and had suc han amazing time I'm actually glad I didn't drink too much. I had so many people tell me I was the most fun bride they had ever seen. I danced all night and got to eat at least a little of every course that was served. Only things I missed out on were parts of the cocktail hour (we went to ours but used that time to say all our hellos so we only got what was in the bridal suite) and we didn't get anything from the chocolate fountain...we were too busy dancing! I think if had gotten drunk I wouldn't have had as good a time.

i was so anxious and nervous that all i drank was ginger ale...even when we did a celebratory shot, i had half then slipped it to the bartender!

I tried but it was really impossible because your sooo busy! But it was perfect because DH and I didn't hold back at the after party and we closed the bar at 4 am so we definitely made up for it! When it was time for bed, I was really drunk and DH was passed out cold. I couldn't get my wedding gown off by myself so I had to call my mother-in-law who I knew was still up to help me out of it!! So much for my husband taking it off me lol. The next day was awful though - worst hangover ever!

My wedding epitomized "Murphy's Law", so I proceeded to **** down as much champagne as possible. And our attendent who was responsible for us all night never let me have an empty glass.
We had a pool party the next day, and I was HURTING!!!

Nope....we had sips from out toasting flutes of Nuvo....and then a few sips of the Champagne from the toasts...other than that it was Sprite.

I ate so much food I couldn't ingest another thing no matter how much I wanted to. I think I only had 1 1/2 glasses of wine and was definitely not drunk. I was a little disappointed that I didn't even get buzzed. No biggie, though.

I def had a beer in my hand the entire night, my bridal attendant never left me empty handed-not sure if i should be happy or upset about that haha but I dont think I ever really finished them and i was dancing so much, talking and taking pics so I never actually got drunk...I think i was just on a natural high that nite

We both drank but didnt get drunk. Funny thing is you see me with a drink in my hand in alot of photos on the dance floor. People were saying I was quite daring to have a been drinking something red with my dress.

We didn't drink at all, not even for the toast. We had non alcoholic champaine in our toasting flutes. We never really drink, so the wedding day was no time to start....I was afraid I would be sick. We were def on a high from all the excitement of the day.
