*Vendor RANT*

holy irritated right now!!!!!!!!!!
i am not going to go into who right now bec i will be saving that for my eparty review but i have to get this off my chest!

and please note that this is difficult for me to discuss!

So i ordered my eparty dress in august i would say...the women said to me 'the dress will fit perfect, it will be a little big in the chest so a little take in'.....and the dress will be in the end of september....

ok great...

i was on ww at the time of odering the dress (NEVER mentioning this to the bridal shop) and since upped my butt kicking pilates to twice a week....i have lost inches and weight even had to have my jeans taken in! everyone has noticed a difference and i feel great!

so the dress does not come in the end of sept...it comes in mid October...when they called to let me know it was in i was about to be time of month so i waited bec my boobs do crazy things at that time...

so i go in on friday for the fitting...thinking everything will be great! I even re-measured myself and said this is going to be great-i have lost since then!

so i get in the dress....zips up fine to a certain part and then she is struggling...i am a little freaked and she says oh no its just the tag it got stuck....ok fine...she zips me...i HATE the dress, i cant breathe i feel like i look like a smurf....she is telling me i look great! just need a different bra-i am just tooo upset to think anything...

my mom and i get in the car and i have a bit of a meltdown.... we get home, i try on a different bra...my mom cant believe how this women got me into the dress...

thank god my grandmother works in the dress area where there is a seamstress that can come to the rescue....

So the ordered me the WRONG SIZE (which hey i can get into so yay but its too tight!)....my mom calls, they say they will call her back...its phone tag and they happen to be closed for the weekend...

the women calls and tells my mother today that 'Christina said she is on WW, to order her the smaller size' #1 i would NEVER do that, #2 my mother and grandmother were right next to me when the other women said the dress will fit perfectly just need to alter the chest bec it will be too big....never once did we say order the smaller size!!

so then my mom is like well i expect since there was a mishap on your part, you will be taking care of the alterations...the women said oh no we dont do that.....she should have come back to us...my mom said first off all you let her leave the store in a dress that clearly didnt fit her and when would you have gotten the dress alterted since you were closed all wekkened?
the women says, well...the dress has been sitting here over a month....ummmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm no i have the message with the date and time you called me...it has not been a month!


one thing to make a mistake-order me the wrong size- and let me leave there....

an entire other thing when you OUTRIGHT LIE!!!!!!!!

I'm so sorry this happened to you!!! That is absolutely ridiculous and it's horrible that they are lying to you! I hope everything gets straightened out.

OMG..a reputatable place would have ordered the correct size not a size smaller (as they claimed)..plus if it was their error they should have accomadated you and had someone open up on the weekend.

ughhhh I am soooo sorry you are dealing with this! Things have a way of working themselves out and I know everything will be OK for you, so don't stress!!!

If i were you I'd keep going back until they fix it for free! Make a scene everytime you go in the store and tell them your telling everyone you know what happened! I'd be pissed too :(.

I am so sorry you have to go through this right now. We try so hard to make everything leading up to our wedding so perfect and then some as*hole tries to screw it up. I would blast the name of this place all over so everyone knows the type of service they give

omg that's really obnoxious. i'm sorry to hear that.
i can't stand when vendors outright lie.... ugh!!
