Re: what do you think of this quote...
honestly it seems a little bit high to me. I'm going for 20 nights Oahu, Kauai and Maui (Hyatts on Kauai and Maui) including inter-island airfare, rental cars on all 3 islands (convertibles), oceanview rooms and breakfast on all 3 islands for about $7200. My price doesn't include airfare to and from Hawaii because we used FF miles. Of course, I'm going in November which is off-peak, but it still seems kind of high to me.

Re: what do you think of this quote...
Yes - we're doing 3 Nights at the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach in Oahu; 7 nights at the Grand Hyatt on Kauai and 10 nights at the Hyatt Regency on Maui. Breakfast is included at each hotel. How many nights are you staying in each place 6 and 6?
I will FM you my travel agent's information tomorrow - I mistakenly left my address book at work on Friday. stinenandy (also a '10 bride) used her too.
Like I said - I'm going off-peak for Hawaii, but your quote sounded a bit high. I don't know what the prices are like for May/June since the other times I went there were all in the fall.

Re: what do you think of this quote...
7000 seems about right. but check online first and price out which website has the cheapest rates. Air could be pricey which might be why the price is higher. air can run up to 1500 per person depending on time of year.

I don't know what to think because we haven't hit that stage yet. I'm just looking for ideas. But I had a friend who lived in Hawaii and he says that no matter what you do, airfare is expensive.Welcome New Vendors
